The shinsengumi's vice-captian. He's pretty quiet and very serious, but kind, he really cares for the others.
Look, I got pretty purple-eyed Toshi! How sweet!:) - even though I know that real vice-commander Hijikata (who is one of my favorite historical characters, by the way) looked like this:
