Yes, everybody knows that I can't draw a dragon. I know it too. But I really wanted to do this picture, so here it is. A small dragoness is watching the sunset.

Because by the color scheme, the theme, and the whole impression of the picture is close to "Breathe!" , and because the image came from a dream, I added the word "dream" and the same border. I have a version with the big letters too.

And here are details:

Yes, I can't draw a dragon. So freakin' what? :))

It's lovely -- a very inspirational picture, especially with the text and border.
I think the dragon looks very good. I also like the jewelry. :)

Thank you very much! I am glad that you like it. I also like it with the border and text, it makes a pretty inspirational card. The first print I'll send to the lady, who ordered "Breath" picture with "thanks for the inspiration" note :)

As for the jewelry - well, even my mom, who also likes jewelry calls me a magpie, cause I just lllllove small shiny objects, just like those birds!:) I am always wearing about a pound of silver jewelry; naturally, I am packing with the jewelry all of my pictures... even a dragon:)

Welcome to the club!:)

The colors and the tiny details are quite lovely! All this sea, mountains and sunset reminds me of my trip to Norway:)
Dragon is OK for the first one:) Your style is very stylized, so anatomy flaws don't attract attantion so badly;)
If you want reference/tutorals on dragon anatomy I can give you some links.

Yay, thank you, Natalie! It's great that the picture reminds you of a real place.
Heh, I know that the dragon has about a ton of the anatomy flaws... as I said, I know that I can't draw a dragon, but I really wanted to draw this one:)
I'd be grateful for the dragon anatomy links, though I doubt that I'll be drawing dragons often... But again, a few days ago it'd sounded like: "I doubt that I'll be ever drawing a dragon" - I never know what the idea for the picture I'll have next time... :))
