The poem by E.Ratkevich is a kinda funny mix: an old-style Russian song on a Japanese theme. My lame translation has rather medieval-like vibe, because I am afraid, that to the English-speakers Russian style won't make sense:)

Bonnie lasses, oh mine fair sisters, lo
Down there is a young samurai, ho
He's about to commit harakiri, lo
He's so cute, and his clothes made of silk, ho

Let us stop him, oh my fair sisters, ho
Take this knife from his hands, from his white hands, lo
Let us make him to forget all his troubles, ho
...And let's kick his butt, so he won't scare good people like this, lo
